TEAMSTERS 142 STEWARDS COUNCIL GOLF OUTING 

Join Us for the Teamsters Local 142 Stewards Council Golf Outing!

The Teamsters Local 142 Stewards Council invites you to join us for a great day of golf, camaraderie, and support at our upcoming Golf Outing. Whether you are signing up a foursome, registering as an individual golfer, or participating as a sponsor, we welcome your support and participation in what promises to be a fun and memorable event.

This outing is a great opportunity to enjoy a day on the course while supporting the ongoing efforts of the Stewards Council. We encourage golfers and sponsors to register early, as availability is limited and spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Event Details:

• Date: Sunday, July 12th 
• Location: River Pointe Country Club, 6700 Country Club Rd. Hobart, IN 46342 

Schedule:

• 11:00 AM: Registration
• 12:00 PM: Shotgun Start
• 5:00 PM: Dinne

Golfer Registration:

• Foursome – $600 
  • Includes 4 golfers, golf cart, 6 drink tickets per golfer, lunch, and dinner.
• Individual Golfer – $175 
  • Includes 1 golfer, golf cart, 6 drink tickets, lunch, and dinner. Individual golfers will be assigned to a team. 

Sponsorship Opportunities Include:

Sponsorship opportunities range from Tee Box Sponsors to Golf Ball, Dinner, Lunch, Drink, and Game Sponsors.

We welcome sponsorship opportunities and raffle basket donations. For raffle baskets, we respectfully request a minimum value of $150.

Sponsorships are a great way to show your support while gaining visibility at the event.

Registration deadline: June 26, 2026

Register Online:
All golfers and sponsors are encouraged to register online through Zeffy for organization, tracking, and confirmation purposes. Even if you plan to pay by check, online registration is still requested. If you complete your registration online, a separate mail-in form is not needed.

Check Payment Instructions:
Sponsors or donors who prefer to pay by check may enter the code "CHECK" at checkout to complete their registration without online payment. Checks should be made payable to Teamsters Local 142 Stewards Council and mailed to 1300 Clark Rd., Gary, IN 46410.
